Spread the mix over the biscuit base, smooth over and chill in the fridge for at least 5-6 hours, or preferably overnight. Next day run knife around edges and carefully remove from the pan . Recept za čizkejk sa malinama

- 300 g mlevenog keksa
- 100 g neslanog putera, rastopljenog
- 500 g maskarpone sira
- 100 g šećera
- 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile
- 300 ml slatke pavlake
- 300 g malina
- šećer u prahu, za posipanje (opciono)
Priprema:
- Pomešajte keks i puter. Mešajte sve dok smesa ne bude izgledala kao vlažan pesak. Sipajte smesu u okrugli kalup za tortu prečnika 20 cm i pritisnite kašikom da se dobije gladak, ujednačen sloj. Ostavite u frižider.
- Sipajte u činiju maskarpone sir, šećer, ekstrakt vanile i slatku pavlaku. Mutite mikserom sve dok ne dobijete gusti krem. Sipajte u smesu 200 g malina i lagano promešajte varjačom.
- Izručite fil na podlogu i poravnajte špatulom. Ostavite da se hladi u frižideru minimum 6 sati ili najbolje preko noći.
- Pre služenja, pospite čizkejk malinama i šećerom u prahu (a može i bez toga).
